The Center’s English as a Second Language Program is comprehensive and self-paced. Beyond its multi-level offerings of beginning, intermediate or advanced, our team of dedicated language teachers are committed to provide each learner with a meaningful learning experience. Learners receive contextualized curriculum to reflect on their experiences and their language, education, and employment goals. Specifically, the Center’s approach to teaching English as a Second Language is designed to equip learners with the tools to develop their comprehension, writing, and communication skills in English. Classes are offered in the morning and evening. One-on-One tutoring and small group instruction are also available for learners. These sessions are staffed by volunteers and are available for learners in need of extra help.
